What a portal account gives your agency
Every examination at our centre is managed in one system. A portal account is your agency's window into that system — for the candidates you referred, and only those.
An account for your agency
Your staff sign in with their own credentials and see the examinations your agency has referred — those under way and those already issued. Nothing belonging to another agency is visible to you, and nothing of yours to them.
Certified reports, delivered to you
When the medical officer certifies a report it becomes available to your agency in the portal — the same consolidated report we issue on paper. We can also send it to your registered email address on release.
Status you check yourself
See where each candidate stands — registered, samples in the laboratory, under review, certified — and answer an employer's “is it ready?” without calling us. The moment a report is released, the portal shows it.
How it works
From referral to report in four steps
There is nothing to install and nothing to configure — the portal runs in the browser your office already uses.

Refer your candidate
Send the candidate to our centre with your referral. At registration we record your agency against the examination — that is what links it to your portal account.

Follow the examination
The examination appears in your portal from registration, and its status moves as the samples pass through the laboratory and reach the medical officer.

Certification
A registered medical officer reviews every result together and certifies the report. Nothing is released to your agency before the doctor has signed.

Collect the report
Download the certified report from the portal, or receive it by email at your registered address. The signed paper original remains available at the centre when a destination requires it.
Getting access
Accounts are opened by us, for verified partners
There is no public sign-up. To open a portal account for your agency or clinic, contact us with:
- Your agency or clinic name and its licence or registration details
- The name of the person who will manage the account
- The email address reports and notifications should go to
- Roughly how many candidates you refer in a month
Certified medical reports move through these accounts, so we verify every agency before enabling access. Expect a call from us before the account is opened.

Sign in with the credentials we issued to your agency. If a colleague needs their own login, or a password has been lost, contact us and we will put it right.
Looking ahead
Direct integration with your systems
Today, integrating with us means the portal and email — and for most agencies that is enough. If your agency or clinic runs its own software and wants a machine-to-machine link, we want to hear from you.
We do not publish a public API today, and we will not pretend otherwise. Direct integrations are built with each partner deliberately — starting with a conversation about what your system needs and how the connection is secured.
